Meet Our Team

Ahmed Adekunle Lawal

Ahmed holds a Bsc Economics degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Stock Brokers of Nigeria. He has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking cutting across Project & Structured Finance, Leverage Finance, Private Equity, Equity & Debt Capital Markets deal structuring, capital raising, M&A, corporate finance and structured finance.

BOLA BHADMUS

Bola has over 30 years of experience working in various financial institutions in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He started his banking career in England, with Citibank in 1988. He subsequently worked in various institutions such as LloydsTSB, Hill Samuel, Robert Flemings, JPMorgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank in the investment banking division. Bola moved back to Nigeria in 2007, to join UBA Global Markets as Vice President, where he was part of the Structured Finance and Corporate Finance Advisory Group team

Oyeshina Oyelade

Oyeshina Oyelade hold a Bsc Economics degree from University of Lagos. He also holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). Oyeshina has over 6 years' experience in investment banking, business and financial advisory, deal structuring and capital raising for institutions locally and internationally.
